Position Summary:

Reporting to the Associate Chief, incumbents perform the full range of basic diagnostic radiologic procedures and perform the advanced level diagnostic procedures . In addition, responsibilities include: equipment maintenance and replacement evaluation, PAC's and RIS integrity, Quality Management, cost management and emergency response preparedness for the Diagnostic. Incumbent will supervise employees in Diagnostic, (make hiring decisions/recommendations, ensure appropriate training/development of staff, ensure appropriate staffing levels and scheduling, administer corrective/disciplinary action), appropriately communicate relevant Diagnostic Radiology information, and ensure policies and procedures are updated and conformed to.

Salary Range:

Hourly Rate Minimum $48.18 Midpoint $69.78 Maximum $91.38

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology

CRT license/certification

Fluoroscopy license/certification

ARRT license/certification

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist

Venipuncture license/certification

Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience
