Job Description:

The Global Consulting team was established earlier this year, tackling difficult business challenges across the entire Mars Global Snacking business. We are looking for experienced management consultants to join our team at the manager level. Qualified individuals will play a critical role in solving project work to bring forward-thinking solutions to Mars Snacking.

Ideal candidates will have previously worked in management consulting at a top-tier firm and demonstrated strong analytical and process skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• The manager owns and manages a specific piece of a consulting project and is responsible for ensuring it's on track and all deliverables are met on time
• You need to identify key analyses that needs to be performed, build a plan for how tackle it, gather all relevant data from stakeholders, execute analyses and summarize your findings in easily digestible and compelling presentations
• You are responsible for all day-to-day activities related to your module and to flag any potential issues or roadblocks to project leadership for resolution
• You oversee the formulation of hypotheses for research and investigation, and for executing complicated analyses related to Mars, competitors, and the snacking industry
• You summarize your findings and conclusions in a presentation and present it to leadership and relevant Mars stakeholders
