Posted: Jan 4, 2024 Weekly Hours: 40 Role Number: 200530181 As a US Enterprise Sales Leader, you will have the opportunity to impact Apple's Enterprise business by leading our US Major Accounts team. You will collaborate with regional partner managers, account executives, and cross-functional teams to create and execute sales plans across business segments, industries, and customer focus areas. You will orchestrate and support strategic business development, major accounts planning and development, and partner management - setting growth objectives and consistently delivering results that align with our US and worldwide enterprise strategy. Areas of work span new business development, partner and channel management, and enterprise direct sales. At the end of the day, you will be responsible for driving growth and top-line revenue while delivering the best customer experience and solutions to help businesses thrive. Key Qualifications
Description As the US Enterprise Major Accounts Sales Leader, you will: Develop innovative business plans and create compelling platform and solution advantages that distinguish Apple in enterprise sales and are aligned to the broader US and worldwide enterprise strategy Operationalize business plans across sales, operations, marketing, and technical teams to deliver and execute on strategy. Mobilize resources for growth and delivery to ensure all commitments are met and problems addressed Build, lead, and collaborate to get results from great Enterprise sales teams across the organization. Assemble the right people, motivate them, and enable them with the right tools to drive outcomes Provide direction and input to the approach and strategy for our US Enterprise business and help define Apple's enterprise success framework. Be an entrepreneurial self-starter who can be part of an executive team, but work independently to develop new areas Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business performance and data sets to find opportunities for the business through performance tracking and in context analysis Education & Experience 10+ years of experience leading Enterprise sales organizations, or similar experience in leading a business solutions-orientated organization that balances delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customers and demand for the future.
