Job Description
We are currently hiring a Sr Consumer Insights Analyst in Boston, MA (*Hybrid). *A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule. Be a voice of the consumer and support the strategy, insights & analytics team in all consumer insights related projects, including but not limited to conducting qualitative and quantitative research in areas around: product, packaging, advertising, and communication research, and in market execution and assessment. Support primary research needs, through the collection, synthesis, and analysis of data from a variety of sources, to produce both written and face-to-face deliverables. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for understanding consumer and marketing trends, assessing consumer needs to integrate and recommend actionable changes to brand teams, and regularly review consumer data to identify and understand customer needs, preferences, and opportunities. Level: 6 In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe salary range for this role if hired is $66,300 - $130,000 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate.
