Sr Developer WMS (Manhattan)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 to $145,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Description:

* Lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems

* Work with all appropriate parties to effectively estimate project timelines and deliverables

* Recognize and highlight incremental improvement opportunities

* Write functional and mapping specifications for modification, interface, report, and label requirements

* Author and/or review system and procedural documentation throughout the project

* Troubleshoot and identify root cause for issues. Liaise between Business and Product Vendors (MHE, Kronos, etc) for coordination of issue resolution.

* Test and deploy software deliveries from Manhattan Associates.

* Coordinate with offshore resources, conduct handshake meetings and assign work to ensure development and other deliverables are worked upon during offshore hours.

* Assist with new sales pipeline creation, and responding to proposals.

* Write whitepapers, assist with creating tools and accelerators

Minimum qualifications

* 5+ years of general consulting implementation experience of Manhattan WMOS (preferably WMOS2019).

* 2+ years of Manhattan Associates WMS production support experience

* Should have implemented at least 1 full cycle of Manhattan Associates Implementation with rollout for implementation.

* Hands-on experience and knowledge in WMOS integration design and data-mapping along with WMOS functional expertise.

* Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution functional concepts

* Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to individuals, small groups, and executive leadership

* Great attitude and commitment to get the job done
