The Hourly Rate for this temporary position is $20.00 per hour.
This position is a Temporary position that is not benefits-eligible.

Position Summary

The Office of Field Education Specialist for the Department of Social Work at MSU Denver mainly supports the Office Administrator and Program Manager. The position assists with vital project and program management, database upkeep and maintenance, and resource and referral facilitation for students, faculty, and community agency partners, along with support to all stakeholders.

Duties/Responsibilities

60% Program Management, 20% resource and referral, and 20% other duties as assigned.

  • Administrative Skills: Data verification and input, reception duties, forms validation and processing, resource referral and support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient use of Outlook and Microsoft 365 programs; spreadsheet creation, use, and upkeep; creation of programmatic forms including use of Adobe PDF and other applicable programs/software.
  • Miscellaneous: Customer service and support skills, use of Workday database, use of Sonia database, upkeep of pertinent records and logs to support function of the office.

Required Qualifications

  • BA in related social services field

Work Hours

  • 24 hours per week maximum
  • Summer (May - August)
